Smiling Amir Safvat, Professional MBA Ambassador

An Iranian-American citizen, Amir initially moved to the U.S. to pursue academic goals. He received an Honor Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture (Magna cum Laude) and a Master of Architecture both from the University of Texas at Arlington. Amir is a registered architect, a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, and a member of the America Institute of Architects. He has been working as a designer, a project architect, a project manager, and a construction administrator for over a decade in a very fast-paced, multifaceted, and extremely demanding cross-industry profession. Currently, he works at a global design firm, HKS Architects, and is pursuing an MBA degree to expand his range of knowledge in the business field further. He chose UTD because of the values it offers, such as diversified and inclusive culture, small classroom sizes, extraordinary education, high rankings, affordable program cost, and significant networking opportunities, just a few to mention. Amir enjoys creative arts, flying drones, playing chess and traveling.

Tiffani received her BA in Psychology and Child Development and her MS in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience with top honors from The University of Texas at Dallas. Fascinated by the human mind, she worked as a Traumatic Brain Injury Research Coordinator for 10 years at UT Dallas.

Srikanth Jagannathan, Class of 2020

Srikanth Jagannathan received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from University of Madras. He received his Master of Science and Doctorate degrees from Vanderbilt University in Electrical Engineering. He is currently working as a principal hardware design engineer at NXP Semiconductors.

Morgan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 with a BBA in finance and a minor in accounting. She’s worked as a financial analyst, customer service representative, and most recently, a business unit accountant.
